Fine Art Print Photography

What size prints are available?

Each print is offered in different sizes. Our most popular sizes are 11x14, 16x20, and 20x24. These dimensions refer to the size of the paper on which the image is printed.

Do the sizes presented (i.e. 11x14, 16x20, etc.) on the site represent the image size or the paper size?

These sizes are the paper size. The image size varies per photographer and image. Customarily, there is a 1 to 2 inch border all around to allow for photographer signature or estate stamp.

Can I get my fine art print framed? What are my framing options?

We do not offer framing online at this time. However, we can add framing via the contact page.

Is every print hand-signed by the photographer?

Nearly every print we offer is hand-signed by the photographer, however there are a few exceptions. In some circumstances, photographers have sold off their archives or they may no longer be alive. The product description of each image clearly indicates if a print is hand-signed by the photographer.

What does it mean for my print to be part of a limited edition?

A limited edition is defined primarily by print size and production technique. Limited editions vary in size with the size of the edition playing an important role in determining value.
